1. Services
AXioN: The Creative Engine provides branding, strategy, and creative direction services. All services are tailored to each client and project, including but not limited to visual identity, brand development, and full creative direction.
2. Workflow & Process
Initial Consultation
Each project begins with a scheduled call where the client presents their enquiry, and AXioN outlines the workflow, expectations, timelines, and payment structure.
Project Brief & Onboarding
Following the call, clients receive a detailed brief, instructions, and deadlines. Clients are expected to complete and return all required materials within the agreed timeframe.
Communication & Responsiveness
Clients must remain available for communication throughout the project. If required materials are not received, reminders may be sent. Failure to meet deadlines may result in delays or cancellation of the project.
Feedback & Revisions
Clients must provide clear, constructive, and timely written feedback. Revisions are limited and depend on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Creative Process & Collaboration
AXioN operates through a structured creative process based on strategy and direction. Clients acknowledge that the process requires trust, collaboration, and respect for professional decisions.
Conduct & Professionalism
All communication must remain respectful and professional. AXioN reserves the right to terminate collaboration in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
Presentation & Delivery
Final outcomes are presented in a structured format with clear direction and rationale.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Deliver all requested materials promptly
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all provided materials do not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or legal regulations. Any required agreements, contracts, or NDAs must be signed on time.
Financial Responsibility
Clients agree to honour all payments according to the agreed schedule.
Collaboration & Trust
Clients acknowledge that branding and creative development require trust in the process and agree to collaborate accordingly.
4. Payments & Pricing
After receiving the completed project brief, AXioN will review the requirements and provide a tailored price based on the scope of the project. Once the client agrees to the proposed pricing and all necessary agreements are signed, AXioN will issue an invoice in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Work will commence only after the invoice has been issued and the required payment conditions have been met.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients may use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. AXioN retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of creative services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Limitation of Liability
AXioN: The Creative Engine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
